We accept only US dollars on the website. It is the most accepted worldwide and easiest to process.

Which card is the best?

Of course there is no “best” card because everyone has different needs, however we sell only the most popular SIM cards available in Vietnam on our website.

Why don’t you carry more products?

We only carry the most popular cards that our customers demand. We don’t want to inundate you with tons of choices, it’s hard enough as it is! Many cards are similar and these offer the best value / features combination.

What size SIM card do I need?

SIM cards are generally sold in two sizes; micro-SIM, and nano-SIM. Different brands of SIM cards are available in various SIM sizes, be sure to select the correct size when ordering. Usually you can determine the size just by the look:


Will my cell/mobile phone work?

Your phone must be unlocked for the SIM cards to work, it cannot be locked to any particular carrier. If it is locked, you can try to unlock it by calling your carrier and obtaining the unlock code, or many mobile phone stores in Vietnam may also unlock it for a fee.

Also, your phone must support tri or quad-band GSM frequencies. Most everyone phone manufactured within the last 5 years is considered a “worldwide” phone.

How does SIM card stored-value work?

  • Data-Only SIM: preloaded with a certain amount of usable data within a period. No calls (domestic/international) allowed.
  • Data/Call SIM: Some SIM card is preloaded with a certain amount of usable data/stored-value, this is denominated in Vietnam Dong or VND. For example, if a card has VND50.000 of stored-value, that means you can make phone calls, send text messages, access data, etc until the VND50.000 credit is fully used up. The credit on the card may be different than the price of the card.

Can I add extra value to my SIM card?

You can add value to most of the SIM cards available. Often you can add credit online, or it is also easy to do once in Vietnam. You can go to the local carrier’s retail store or just contact us directly.

Do you accept currency aside from USD?

Currently, we price our SIM cards in US Dollars, which is easiest for most of our global customers. Your credit card company will convert the purchase to your local currency if it is not USD.

What payments do you accept?

We accept various credit cards, which are processed by our payment processor, Paypal. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Payments declined by Paypal?

If your credit card is already associated with a PayPal account, you must sign into your PayPal account first to use it and process the order. You cannot process the order without signing into Paypal.

How do I book and pay for a tour ?
Once you have found a tour that you would like to book, please click on “Select” and fill in your booking details (the departure date that you would like to go, the package, the number of people, your full name, nationality, email address and any special requests). Once we confirm the availability, we will send you an email to confirm and our payment policy infomation. With this, you can choose your preffered payment method and pay us.

– With tour, airport pickup-dropoff, flight or train ticket bookings, we require 100% total payment in advance.

What if I need to cancel or change my itinerary ?
We allow you to change your dates, if needed, at no additional cost as long as you give sufficient advance notice and availability exists.

Cancellations of the tours usually involve a cancellation fee, which depends on how far in advance that you cancel.

For each tour, the cancellation and change policies depend on the status of services providing. Please inquire directly for the change or cancellation policy for any particular tour.

Do you offer longer or more customized tours ?
You can ask for longer tours or customize your favourite travels with any our tours. Tours on our site are popular tours which can be changed or customized for your needs.

If you have questions about a particular tour or would like a longer or more customized tour, please contact us at, and our travel experts will help you find your best travel itinerary.

What if I have special needs for the tour ?
If you have special requirements – for example, if you have a large group or young children, or you have infants or the olds in your group, or if you are handicapped or have physical limitations, if you have special transportation needs, or if you are vegetarian or have other food allergies – please let us know, and we can work with both you and the service provider (restaurant, hotels, transportation …) to ensure that we can meet your needs.

How can I book a hotel / resort room ?
Contact us directly regarding your request on hotel (date, room types, star range, location, facilities…) We will confirm the availability of the hotel, and send you details, availabilty situation as with tour booking.

When do I need to pay for hotel / resort booking ?
All hotel/ resort reservations must be paid in advance and immediately after booking the hotel/resort. We cannot hold hotel/resort bookings without payment.
Note that we accept payment through PayPal, then it’s easy for you to send us the Deposit, to hold your hotel/resort bookings.

Can I make a reservation for someone else ?
Yes, you can make a reservation for someone else. Simply fill in the name of the guest for the booking and your contact details.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed ?
After you make an online booking, we will follow up with you to confirm availability and confirm the booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive this follow-up email or fax.

What currency your prices are in  and you accept credit card?
All of the prices on our website are in US Dollar, Yes, We accept Mastercard, Visa Card, JCB and American Express

Do you have electronic air tickets incase we book  them via you?
Yes, the airlines in Vietnam now all offer electronic ticket.  Electronic tickets will be emailed or faxed to the customer.
